Tim and his team were always punctual and courteous throughout the process. I was kept fully informed with what was being done and provided with photographs of what was found while doing the job and on its completion. I would highly recommend them for any work you may need.

We had TR Building and Roofing come out and redo our roof and board out our loft. Despite supply issues and difficult weather conditions, Tim and his team worked really hard to make sure the job was completed properly. Tim was really helpful and communicated throughout the whole process really well, and we’re extremely happy with the work carried out! Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending TR Building and roofing to anyone. Note- picture is missing one ridge tile that Tim has now finished!

Tim cleaned our roof and replaced the fascia boards, soffits and gutters. It was actually a pleasure having Tim and his team around. They worked hard, kept me informed along the way and kept everything tidy. I will use Tim again and am very happy to recommend him to others.

TR roofing were great to deal with from start to finish. The quote we had was comprehensive. Information provided was clear and Tim was very happy to answer the various questions we had. The quality of work was excellent, as you can see from the photo – one of several we were sent to show the progress of the job and finished work. We would happily recommend Tim and his team and will use him for any other future work needed.

TR Roofing were a pleasure to work with from quoting to liasing and completing the works. They arranged for scaffolders who were very polite and accommodating (not experience in the past!). TR's communication was excellent including providing before and after photos of the works, so that we could see what was going on. The project required works to both mine and my neighbour's property and Tim (TR) did a great job keeping us both informed and updated every step of the way. The end result was very tidy, of a high standard, and professionally executed. I would highly recommend TR Roofing and am happy to provide a reference if required.

From my first engagement with Tim through to having the team at my home, each member provided exemplary service and quality. I was consulted at every stage of the process, with the added — and not insignificant — bonus of the invoice arriving well under the estimate. I’ll be recommending them to my friends.

From start to finish Tim was fantastic. He fitted us in to a very busy diary and communicated very well with the times and quotes. He must be the most polite roofer I’ve ever met and his work was completed to a very high standard. All very tidy and his apprentice was equally as good. I would highly recommend for any roofing works. And more importantly I didn’t feel ripped off!

Tim and his team were nothing short of outstanding. They were warm, friendly, prompt and worked non stop despite the blazing heat. They left the property in immaculate condition and the quality of their workmanship on the finished roof was pure perfection. Tim is absolutely a master craftsman! A rarity indeed! We have had other roofers in the past and the problem was never fixed despite paying a small fortune. We are so impressed with these guys and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Tim!

Right from the initial engagement, Tim talked us knowledgeably through the options. Once agreed, he outlined the plan and delivered to that navigating all the obstacles and (sub-co) delays throughput. Overall quality of workmanship was first class ( also mentioned by neighbours ) and Tim went above and beyond when closing out the snagging issues. Very pleasing outcome.

Tim was prompt arriving every day leaving the site tidy and clean after each day's work. We are delighted with the outcome and he has put right all the bad work that had been carried out previously. Any change in arrangments he always texted me to let me know in advance. Good not recommend more highly.
